1. Information We Handle
The information we handle depends on how you use the Service, the features you choose, and the permissions you grant.
Content and creative inputs
- Prompts and instructions: text you enter to describe a scene, subject, action, style, or other creative direction.
- Selected media: images or videos that you intentionally choose to upload or otherwise provide for a creation feature.
- Style and generation settings: options, preferences, and parameters you select for an AI video request.
- Generated results: videos, previews, and related outputs produced in response to your request, together with information needed to associate those results with the request.
Technical and diagnostic information
We may handle information about how the Service operates on your device, such as app version, device and operating-system information, language, general timestamps, feature interactions, request status, crash details, error logs, and performance or network diagnostics. This information helps us operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service.
Communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, attachments, and any support details needed to respond.
Purchase information
If paid features are offered and you make a purchase through Google Play, Google Play processes the payment under its own terms and privacy practices. We may receive purchase status, product or subscription identifiers, transaction or entitlement references, and other information needed to confirm, restore, or manage access. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.
2. Device Permissions
PICO may request access to device features only when relevant to a function you choose. For example, access to photos, videos, files, or media may be requested so you can select source material, save a generated result, or share content through device controls. The exact permission labels and behavior depend on your device and operating-system version.
You can manage permissions through your device settings. If you deny or withdraw a permission, the related feature may not work, but other portions of the Service may remain available.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide the features you request, including accepting creative inputs, processing AI video requests, and delivering generated results;
- apply your selected style options and maintain the context needed to complete a generation request;
- operate, maintain, test, and improve the reliability and usability of the Service;
- diagnose errors, investigate failed generations, provide support, and respond to communications;
- protect users and the Service, enforce applicable terms, prevent misuse, and address security or legal concerns;
- confirm and administer paid access if purchases are offered; and
- comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.
4. AI Processing
AI video generation requires processing the materials you submit. Prompts, selected images or videos, style options, and related request information may be transmitted to and processed by systems that support the Service in order to create and return the requested result. Generated content may not always match your instructions and can contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected material.
Please submit only content you are authorized to use. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts or media unless it is necessary for your request and you are comfortable with the processing described in this Policy.
5. When Information May Be Shared
We may share information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
- Service operations: with service providers that perform functions supporting hosting, AI processing, storage, delivery, diagnostics, security, customer support, or similar operations on our behalf, subject to appropriate obligations.
- Your direction: when you ask us to export, save, or share a result, or otherwise direct a disclosure through a feature or device control.
- Legal and safety reasons: when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements.
- Business changes: in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- With consent: where you give us permission or we otherwise notify you at the relevant time.
We do not describe information sharing more broadly than needed to operate and protect the Service. Third-party services you choose to use, including Google Play or device sharing destinations, handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing requested features, maintaining generated results where applicable, supporting users, preserving security and transaction records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention can vary depending on the type of information, feature behavior, account or purchase status, operational needs, and applicable law.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take steps to delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it, subject to technical limitations, backup cycles, and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and any account or store credentials you use.
8. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to exceptions and verification requirements.
You can also limit information handling by choosing what you submit, changing device permissions, deleting content through available app controls, or discontinuing use of the Service. To make a privacy request, email ferraridreams1@gmail.com. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your request before acting.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to personal-information processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children who cannot legally provide consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed in locations other than where you live. Privacy protections and legal requirements can differ between jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate measures for cross-border processing.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. We will revise the "Last Updated" date when we do. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update is subject to the revised Policy.
